Buy

Buying a house is a big deal. It doesn’t matter if you are an experience investor or a first time home buyer, it’s a big deal. For the majority of people it is the most expensive single purchase they will ever make.

When buying a house there are so many things to consider, is it the right house for me? Can I afford the mortgage payments? What if I find something wrong with the house after I buy it and have to fix it? What if the value goes down? Am I over paying? So may questions…

Yep, buying a house is stressful.

Now imagine yourself on a Sunday morning, sitting at your own kitchen table having your morning coffee. Imagine yourself looking around you, smelling that fresh cup of coffee and saying “I own this. This is my house.” There is no better feeling. There is a great sense of pride in owning a house.

This is where I come in.

My job is to get you to that magical place, your kitchen table, filled with that wonderful sense of pride that you are now sitting in your own kitchen. Before you get to that kitchen table we have to cross through the journey of buying a house, but don’t worry, I’ll be there to hold your hand in every step you take, watching your back and making sure you stay on the right path towards your dream.

Now, let me tell you how my team and I are going to help you get to that kitchen table:

  • The Higher Standard
I keep my team to the highest standards. This is true for honesty, integrity, service, responsiveness and everything in between. I use a team of experts, each in his own field, so you can sit back and relax knowing that we got your back.
  • Local Knowledge
Being local is what it’s all about. I’m here to make sure that your kids will go to the best schools possible, one where they will not only get the best education, but also meet great friends. I’m here to make sure that you love your new neighbors and join a community you enjoy being a part of. Knowing the neighborhood is probably the only way to really find a great home for you and your family.
  • Market Research
Are you afraid that your new house will depreciate? If you answered yes, you are not alone. This is the single biggest fear home buyers have. Now, there are good news and bad news here. The bad news are that we can’t control the market. On the other hand, and here’s the good part, there are many factors that can help limit and minimize any negative market trends. Before I show any of my clients a house I look at the area crime rates, schools quality, future city development plans, companies projections and of course the local housing market data, to make sure that when you buy you expose yourself to the smallest possible risk.
  • Construction Experience
When buying a new house you always want to make sure that nothing major is wrong with it. Most people would get into escrow and pay a professional inspector to come look at the house. This will cost you about $400 and might waste your time on houses you shouldn’t have even bid for. I have an extensive background in construction and will help you identify any potential issues even before you decide to put an offer on a house saving you a lot of time and possibly some money.
  • Technology
I’ve found that staying up to date with the latest technologies makes my life, and therefore your life much easier. This is why I only use the latest technologies. I use e-signature so you can view and sign documents everywhere and every time, I have my own mobile app so you can search the local market on the go and much more.
  • Comprehensive Team of Experts
Buying a house is a complicated thing. I have a comprehensive team of experts waiting to serve you in every aspect of the deal, whether you need legal advise on how to take ownership or financial help to get you qualified for a mortgage or a CPA help to see how buying a house will effect your taxes, I got you covered and you get access to it all when working with me and my team.
  • Creative Deal Structuring
My background in business have taught me that it’s not only about the price. Getting your offer accepted doesn’t mean you have to attach a high price to it. I always try to understand what is the motivation of the seller to sell the house and structure the offer accordingly so not only will your offer will be the one accepted but it will be at a price that’s working for you.
My team and I are here to help you get to that Sunday morning. Making the journey as smooth as possible.
